What is TrackPitch?

TrackPitch is a platform designed to help music creators and their teams manage and automate the process of pitching music tracks to labels, blogs, curators, and other industry contacts. It helps you organize your music, manage contacts, run pitching campaigns, and track submission progress.

How do I get started with TrackPitch?

To get started, you can sign up for an account. Once registered, you can start by adding your tracks, building your list of labels/contacts, and then creating your first pitching campaign. Explore the Dashboard for an overview and navigate through the Tracks, Labels, and Campaigns sections to manage your data.

How do I add my music tracks?

Detailed instructions on adding tracks will be provided here. Typically, you would navigate to the "Tracks" section from your dashboard and look for an option like "Add New Track" or an upload button.

How do campaigns work?

Campaigns are a core feature for pitching your music. You'll typically define a campaign name, select the track(s) you want to pitch, choose the labels or contacts from your list, and then TrackPitch helps you manage the submission process to these contacts.

How is my submission data tracked?

TrackPitch provides status updates for your submissions, such as 'sent', 'opened', 'clicked', 'responded', etc., where technically feasible. You can view this information in the "Submissions" area or within individual campaign details.

What are 'AI Pitch Suggestions' (Pro Plan feature)?

Our AI Pitch Suggestions feature (available on select plans) analyzes your track and the target label's profile (if available) to help you craft more effective and personalized pitch messages. This can increase your chances of getting noticed.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscription details, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan, can typically be managed in the "Settings" or "Billing" section of your account dashboard.
