4. Content Ownership and Licenses

Your Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the music, metadata, and other content you upload or submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant TrackPitch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the Services and TrackPitch's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services.

TrackPitch Content: The Services and their original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrackPitch and its licensors.

5. Subscription and Payments

If you subscribe to any paid Services, you agree to our pricing and payment terms. We may change our pricing and payment terms from time to time.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

TrackPitch does not guarantee that submissions sent through the platform will be opened, listened to, or result in any specific outcome (e.g., record deal, feature). The platform is a tool to facilitate and manage submissions, but success depends on many factors outside of TrackPitch's control.

In no event shall TrackPitch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
